Cigarettes are toxic things that give effect to relax and feel more manly suggestion. Behind the usefulness or benefits of cigarettes that contained a piece of a very big danger for people who smoke and those around smokers who never smoked.

6. Activities that damage the body is a sin, so that cigarettes can be categorized as an unlawful object or item that must be avoided and shunned as far as possible. Ulema or religious scholars who smoke may have different perceptions in this regard.

You Want to Keep Healthy


This is the Step

1. Eat between 3 and 5 meals a day. Stick to portions and you will be hungry when your body is ready for the next meal. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are meals you cannot go without, otherwise your body does not receive the nutrition it's supposed to get.

2. Sleep about 7-8 hours every night. Dont sleep too much or too little. #Don't overdo Carbs! Makes sure you eat a limited amount of carbohydrates each day. Don't go without them, just don't eat a lot of them.

3. Exercise. You can't live without it. Make sure you spend around 30 minutes to an hour doing nothing but some running, weight lifting, push ups, and maybe some sort of aerobic exercise is good.

4. Nutrition is key. Eat a balanced diet. By doing so, you'll have a healthy heart, healthy brain, and a fully functional immune system. Also, it's good to have variety.

5. Vitamins are a necessary part of any healthy diet. Our food is lacking in many essential vitamins and minerals because of over farming so it's a good idea to replace these missing essentials with a daily multivitamin. Claims that vitamins may be harmful have not been backed by any kind of scientific evidence.

6. Quit smoking and do not drink alcohol. Smoking can cause bronchitis and respiratory disease, and alcohol can cause laziness, fatigue, and maybe even an abnormal blood pressure.

7. Monday is recovering day! If you are having a hard time starting a healthy habit or giving up an unhealthy one, try using Monday as the day to recommit to your new routine. Healthy Monday is a national public health campaign in association with Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health that makes Monday the day for all things healthy. It can be the day to recommit to eating healthier, start exercising, or quit smoking.

8. Keep clean! Good hygiene is key! Wash your hands after you've gone to do your business. Good oral hygiene is also very valuable. Brush your teeth around 2-3 times a day.

9. Drink 6-12 glasses of water each day. It keeps your skin moist and will keep you from becoming dehydrated.

Tree is very Important in our life

Trees are very important to our environment. It purifies air and also provides fruits, woods for human beings. But the ever-increasing population is destroying the existing forest cover, which in turn will lead to the destruction of humankind itself.

TREES ARE the largest and the longest living organisms on earth. To grow tall, the trees display miraculous feats of engineering and a complex chemical factory. It has the ability to absorb water and salts from the earth and transport them up to the leaves, sometimes over 400ft above. By means of photosynthesis, the leaves then combine the water and salts with carbon dioxide from the air to produce the nutrients, which serve as food for the tree. In this process, trees create wood, as well as many chemicals, seeds and fruit of great utility to man. Trees also remove carbon dioxide, the main greenhouse gas, from the air.

Trees are very important to our environment. Tropical rain forests are of particular significance; although they now occupy less than six per cent of the land surface of the earth, they sustain more than half of the biological species on the planet.

Notwithstanding the debt we owe to trees, its emotive power, and its importance to other forms of life, the forested area of the earth is steadily being depleted. This in turn is leading to the degradation of the environment and the extinction of many species. A real danger cropping up is that in the near future man will destroy a large proportion of the present population of other species on earth, creating an uninhabitable environment, and then will die out himself. If this happens, it will not be the first time that a large proportion of the species on the earth have been extinguished.

  1. Stock your pantry and your refrigerator with the right foods for a low-cholesterol diet. Buy your favorite canned or dry beans, fresh fruits, whole grains, vegetables, and vegetable juice.
  2. For a low-cholesterol diet, toss the butter, trans fat margarines, and polyunsaturated oil. Replace them with canola oil, olive oil, or plant sterol spreads.

VITAMIN E Important for Our Body



A vitamin is an organic substance essential for life that regulates metabolism and assists the processes that release energy from digested food. Vitamin E, discovered in the mid-twentieth century, assists in strengthening our immune systems and helps protect us from a variety of problems as well as several serious illnesses. This vitamin can be obtained from food or supplements.

What Vitamin E can help for our body???
  • Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects tissue against free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that usually contain oxygen and can interaction with DNA and other molecules leading to an impaired cell function. Vitamin E, one of the chemical compounds that prevents oxygen from reacting with other compounds, neutralizes free radicals, and is, therefore, one of the body’s natural defenses against cancer and cardiovascular disease.
  • Vitamin E is also important in the formation of red blood cells and helps the body use vitamin K. Vitamin E improves circulation, is necessary in the repair of tissue, promotes normal blood clotting and healing, and can reduce scarring, too.
  • Women find it useful in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome and fibrocystic disease of the breast.

Sources of Vitamin E

There are also significant quantities of this vitamin in such foods as brown rice, cornmeal, eggs, kelp, milk, and organ meats. Some herb vitamin E sources are alfalfa, bladderwrack, dandelion, flax, nettle, and rose hips.

Vitamin E, like all other vitamins, is not only available from food sources, but also as a supplement. It can be purchased in the form of a tablet, a capsule, or a liquid, and as a powder that can be mixed with water or juice or added to gels or bars. It can also be administered by injection. Read labels carefully so that you purchase only those supplements that have been extracted from a natural food source and have no harmful additives included. A proper balance of vitamins are needed in the body because they work in synergy, or cooperative action, and high doses of one vitamin can induce a depletion of another. You can take vitamin E safely in a one a day multivitamin, or as single vitamin supplement if you wish to take an amount higher than is included in a multivitamin. Be Careful of Vitamin E

  • Vitamin E should be taken under medical supervision if you are also taking blood-thinning drugs (anticoagulant medication). Vitamin E acts as a blood thinner, too.

People who decide to take mega-doses of vitamins and don’t know what they’re doing can suffer from too much of a good thing with this vitamin. If you are taking a multivitamin supplement and a separate vitamin E supplement, make sure you are not taking a toxic dose. Anything over 1200 IUs should not be taken without consulting a health professional.
  • Be careful if you take iron as well as vitamin E. These two supplements should be taken at different times of the day because iron in the form of ferrous sulfate will destroy vitamin E. Organic forms of iron such as ferrous gluconate or ferrous fumarate, however, will not harm the vitamin. Read the label and make sure you know which form of iron you are taking.
  • Diabetics, people with overactive thyroids, and those with rheumatic heart diseases should be especially careful not to take more than recommended dosages of vitamin E.
  • If you suffer from high blood pressure, begin with 200 IUs of vitamin E per day and gradually increase the dose over a period of six weeks until you reach the desired level.
  • If you are taking vitamin E, you must also take a minimum dose of zinc as well, and some supplements will include the necessary amount of zinc in the Vitamin E tablet or capsule.

Vitamin E is an important element in our arsenal of disease-battling nutrients, and there is an increasing lack of vitamin E in our diets because of our dependence on processed food and the depletion of nutrients in the soil.

Fortunately, supplements allow us to obtain whatever amount of vitamin E we need to keep us healthy.
